Thanks, Ruth,I love them too. Sometimes called the coin flower, because of the similarity of the seed head to a coin,I read that the seed heads are known as the Pope's money, as he's not allowed to carry any!

You must be farther ahead than we are here in Ohio. We were hit by two or three weeks of freezing temps after things started to grow. That set us back a bit. We are just now getting back to where we were then. I like you photographs and the surroundings.

Did I tell you that I joined, years ago, the National Wildlife Federation. I think it is the name. Anyway, my backyard is registered as a wildlife habitat and sanctuary. My number is 6769. They are up in the thousands now.
